The Boeing Company Staff Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri

Boeing’s F/A-18 production engineering team is seeking a Staff Analyst, Level 2 to support various activities supporting our production system and engineering teams. This position will be heavily engaged in the success of the F/A-18 production program and supporting both engineering and operations functions on a day to day basis. Your daily activities will include analysis of key milestone dates, reviewing daily work plans, driving communication across the program, and other various activities supporting the success of production operations and the F/A-18 program. This position will be located in St. Louis, MO.

Position Responsibilities: * Collects and assembles data from multiple sources. Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.

  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events.

  • Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials.

  • Gathers customer requirements for projects. Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan.

  • Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.

  • Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.

  • Provides status reports. Maintains and tracks training requirements.     Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Previous experience working with production operations and/or production engineering.

    Typical Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
