Kforce Senior Recruiter in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). Essential Duties:

  • Development and execution of short and long-term recruitment strategies in alignment with business objectives

  • Work with key business and HR partners to design a recruitment plan

  • Facilitate comprehensive selection process for specialized talent segments, ensuring compliance with all domestic regulations

  • Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are being executed across functions and implements consistent hiring and on-boarding practices

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors is preferred)

  • Understanding of Employment Law is critical

  • Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings

  • Must be willing to travel domestically

  • As special projects and initiatives develop, this role will take responsibility for assigned work leveraging experience and judgment to accomplish plans and goals

  • This individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, superior organizational mindset with strong attention to detail, initiative, foresight, and cooperation

  • It is critical to have strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and be agile when priorities change frequently
