Duties and Responsibilities liMaintain staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage./li liRecommend staff to cases based on the right fit with client./li liEnsure data entry updates are accurate and up to date. Complete client billing on a weekly/monthly basis./li liProcess new hire onboarding, including ensuring required documentation, background checks and drug tests are completed. Conduct new employee orientation./li liConduct and/or ensure required staff training. Ensure all training documentation and certifications are up to date./li liProvide primary back-up support to Caregivers and Supervisor, Support Services as needed./li liMaintain Caregiver database. Complete exit interviews with staff upon completion of cases./li liAddress, document and track all staff incidents as reported by clients. Elevate dispute resolution when appropriate./li liProcess client billing as required./li /ul hr / Job Qualifications Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification liAssociate's degree in Human Services preferred./li /ul Experience liTwo years' experience in a health care field; previous health care staff scheduling and health care billing preferred./li /ul Knowledge, Skills and Abilities liUnderstanding of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the individuals served./li liAbility to work with persons with varying degrees of physical/and or mental disabilities./li liAbility to speak, read and write fluent English./li liExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate expectations clearly and to effectively utilize teamwork approach with staff. Ability to work with persons from diverse backgrounds./li liStrong organizational and planning skills./li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations./li liKnowledge of and/or ability to learn and utilize various software applications such as ClearCare, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher./li liUnderstanding of scheduling software and previous billing experience./li /ul Additional Work Requirements liAbility to work weekends, evenings and extended work hours required./li
