Quality Assurance Manager

Work you ll do

As a Quality Assurance Manager in the Technology group you will:

Introduce and oversee a continuous improvement Quality Assurance program

Responsible for collecting and analyzing the results and transmitting the results and any recommended actions (including tightening of service levels) to the PM and Program Manager.

Serve as senior Program Quality Assurance Manager

Manage the development and application of QA policies and procedures

Maintain all quality control documentation

Coordinate all QA issues with the executive management

Coordinate and implement QA related document and change control

Evaluate System performance data and report Problems to appropriate team; verify corrective action

Monitor Customer satisfaction

Assist with design and implementation of acceptance testing procedures

Provide expertise on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software Application Development and Maintenance

Perform analysis to diagnose client issues as well as the assessment of client issue analyses performed by more junior personnel

Execute a portion of the project scope, and provide strong subject matter expertise to the tasks or workstreams you support

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Our Technology team works with clients to help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses operations, processes, and performance.



5 or more years of experience as a QA/QC Manager

8 or more years of experience with front and backend testing.

5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

3 or more years experience directing multiple team members towards deliverable and milestone objectives with confidence

2 or more years of experience using Jira and Confluence

Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.


Ability to work independently and autonomously

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Prior professional services or government consulting experience

Bachelor s Degree
