3M is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager for the Display Materials & Systems Division of the Electronics & Energy Business Group, located in Northern California or Seattle, WA. At 3M, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. Here, you go.
The role of Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and driving strategic account plans with major companies in the electronics markets. Building and demonstrating a strong understanding of the customer product roadmaps, investment plans and organization structure. Insights will then be turned into a sustainable pipeline of opportunities in which 3M can add value. These opportunities will be managed to fruition, ultimately delivering the sales objectives for the accounts.
This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government, or military environments to a 3M career.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Create and lead the strategy for the key accounts
Prioritize and deliver high-impact programs
Define new ways of strengthening the partnership with customers
Drive deep exposure of the key accounts to 3M’s value
Develop and manage a customer engagement plan
Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronics industry in a private, public, government, or military environment
Minimum of three (3) years sales or key account experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Master's degree in business or science
Minimum ten years of experience in electronics industry
Experience working closely with Asia business counterparts
Experience managing a team
Location: Northern California/ Seattle, WA
Travel: May include up to 50% domestic/international
Relocation: Is not authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
