What You’ll Do

  • You will lead SFDC reporting for the Sales Team

  • Handle critical documentation via a team portal to enable the team knowledge transfer

  • Help develop and lead the teams' Project management ticketing system to support project prioritization and execution

  • Support the cloud security order management process

  • Optimize sales processes and drive standard methodologies

  • Help lead and drive multi-functional projects to completion

  • Assist in change management

Who You Are

  • 3 years of Sales Operations Experience

  • You are a Saleforce Guru with extensive reporting and dashboard skills

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities – V-lookups & Pivot Tables

  • Project Management Experience – Employ Agile methodologies

  • Analytical and detail oriented

  • Experience in a dynamic / start up environment

  • Can do mentality and willingness to solve meaningful problems and aggressive achievements

  • Excellent time management, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize

  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with all levels of the organization
