Regional Practice Administrator Pediatrics Req #: 30110957 Category: Leadership (Mgr and above) Facility: Admin Bldg Med Info Services Department: Corp Med Admin Non Physician Schedule: Full time Shift: Days Hours per week: Regional Practice Administrator Pediatrics Job Details:General summary of the job:The Regional Practice Administrator (RPA) will be administratively responsible for the overall administrative oversight of multiple BMG practices. Selected candidates will have focused responsibilities in both primary care and specialty based programs located in various geographies within the Beaumont service area. Responsibilities include clinical departments and academic programs, budget development and adherence, compliance with regulatory agencies, coordination of billing, accounts receivable, accounting and financial reporting, information technologies, strategic planning and business development, facilities development, material management, human resources, maintenance and housekeeping. RPAs are required to liaison with all levels of Beaumont administration, physicians and outside organizations to coordinate the business of assigned practices and overall Beaumont Medical Group objectives. There may significant travel requirements associated with this role due to the number of practices being covered under each RPA assignment. The ability to maintain a flexible schedule is desirable.Basic Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, the completion of a Bachelor's program in business, healthcare administration or a related field is preferred. A MBA or a Registered Nurse License is desirable. These positions require a high level of organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. The position also requires experience with all Microsoft Office applications, hospital information coding systems (ICD-10, CPT-4), practice management software and electronic medical record systems. Required experience includes a minimum of five years of administrative or clinical practice management.
