nnSales Support Associate (Order Fulfillment): As a Sales Support Associate, you will be part of Life Fitness' Customer Experience organization. The team ensures and sustains the continued success and satisfaction of our customers by providing best-in-class service. In this role, you will provide a seamless transition from sales order entry to fulfillment. You will ensure the accuracy and prompt delivery of sales orders within your assigned customer segments and accounts by actively verifying products ordered, delivery location, and installation schedule; and, providing timely and responsive communication with all the stakeholders.n

nnIn the Sales Support Associate role, your responsibilities and contributions will include:n

n

+ Manage the order fulfillment process, from the acceptance of an order through its successful delivery and installation for a team of 3 to 6 sales representatives

n

+ Act as the point of contact both externally (customers) and internally (inside/outside sales), coordinate and communicate constantly to keep stakeholders informed

n

+ Maintain the accuracy and timely updates of records, order data, and correspondence within the system

n

+ Resolve issues that could impede the prompt delivery and timely installation such as credit and leasing

n

+ Demonstrate a high degree of accountability, sense of urgency, and initiative to provide the best customer care experience possible in every interaction

+ Additional responsibilities as assigned

nnnWhat you'll need to be successful in the role (qualifications):n

n

+ Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience

n

+ Prior internship or professional experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced, volume-heavy data entry or order management capacity

n

+ Demonstrated enthusiasm and aptitude for customer service, problem-solving, and detail-oriented tasks

n

+ Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and build relationships with customers and colleagues
