Whether our clients are recovering from illness, injury or surgery, living with a chronic disability or dealing with the natural process of aging, our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions and cognitive abilities.HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, geriatric care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, respite care and other programs, as well as differentiated offerings in home monitoring with Rest Assured(R) Telecare that help reduce hospital visits and keep people in their homes longer.As a(n) HR Specialist you will:Providing administrative support in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, retention, and evaluationProcessing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classificationsProcessing and reviewing employment applications in the ATS in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicantsExamining employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actionsRequesting information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references in order to determine applicants' employment acceptabilityResponding to employee, manager and HR team requests and escalating issues as appropriateProviding support for employee on-boarding as well as employee exit meetingsAssisting with data management and file maintenance to include day to day data entry and employee data maintenance in the HRISCreating and processing Personnel Action Forms (PAF) for your assigned service siteProviding on-boarding administrative support, and arranging for in-house and external training activitiesEnsuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulationsOther duties as assignedPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required1 year experience in an administrative positionKnowledge in the areas of labor standards, data entry, worker's compensation reporting, OSHA reporting and Affirmative Action data integrityAdditional InformationBenefitsResCare offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, disability, life, and tuition reimbursement.
