This position is responsible for operating machinery and maintaining production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


These positions must unload and transfer rail cars. Must be able to operate a shuttle wagon. Must be able to operate a Rail Car Vibrator in order to fully unload Soya cars if necessary. Positions require the ability to push pull carry lift 40+ pounds. Must be able to work in hot environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and be able stand 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to climb steps and ladders to from work areas. Must be able a sledge hammer if necessary.


All positions will be for 3rd shift (overnights). Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules (ie. Lockout Tagout). Must be able to tolerate standing walking up to 100% of the shift. Occasional bending at knees and twisting at waist is required. Must be able to use thumbs, fingers, legs and feet. Must be able to read, write, and have a basic knowledge of math.
