  1. Provide leadership and direction to Process Engineers and Process technician to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and cost effectively.

  2. Lead team to achieve process control and continuous improvement.

  3. Work with engineering and maintenance to justify and implement capital projects.

  4. Support quality in the root cause analysis of complaints and other quality related items.

  5. Lead the development of visual good run settings, continuous improvement project (CIP) activities.

  6. Provide input on CIP projects for annual capital budget.

  7. Identify and drive cost reductions related to utilities and efficiency improvements.

  8. Develop personnel through coaching and training

  9. Lead cross qualification projects and manage asset load balancing among assigned sites.

  10. Lead the process to develop and implement systems that allow efficient process control and process change

  11. Develop a long-term process direction that will ensure process control and continuous improvement.


  1. Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline.

  2. 7+ years in Process Engineering in a related industry (process) environment.

  3. Strong leadership, people and communications skills, with advanced problem solving skills. In-depth experience and understanding of process systems, metrics, CIP and SPC.

  4. Six Sigma training preferred.

  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.

  6. Ability to travel between NY and NJ facilities, up to 40% travel.
