Quality Assurance Coordinator
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Talent Acquisition Shared Services at Capital One, you will be part of an innovative and talented team responsible for partnering with the larger Human Resources organization to continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience. The selected individual will be responsible for performing quality assurance monitoring and corresponding trend analysis, providing effective/measurable feedback to performers and client leadership, and developing and deploying counter measures to prevent future process breakdowns.
Conduct recruiting-specific quality assurance reviews (e.g., job requisitions, offers of employment) to assess individual recruiter performance and overall process health
Analyze micro (e.g., local team, current month) and macro (e.g., department, rolling 12 months) QA results data to identify performance trends and insights
Leverage historical trends and insights to develop recommendations for remediation, and present those recommendations to client leadership for buy-in
Proactively, continuously, and autonomously implement remediation (e.g., deliver feedback, coaching, and training to recruiters and leadership) across the organization focused on preventing recurrence of future process breakdowns
Partner with stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Diversity, Compliance, Business Risk Office) to ensure that the scope of our quality assessments remain aligned to applicable internal and external requirements
Serve as risk, quality, and compliance subject matter expert to client groups; provide guidance and advice as needed
Maintain suite of training materials, process documents, and help files
We are looking for individuals who excel in a collaborative team environment, build and maintain strong client relationships, have strong communication and influencing skills, can proactively identify and solve problems, and possess the ability to adapt to change quickly.
At least 1 year of risk management experience or at least 1 year of quality assurance experience
Experience in GSuite (i.e., Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
At least 1 year of human resources experience
At least 1 year of recruiting experience
At least 1 year of process management experience
Certified in Lean
Certified as Six Sigma Yellow Belt
