KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Tax to join our Business Tax Services organization.


  • Provide support to executives with travel arrangements, calendar management, calls/meetings, billing, and preparation of documentation, research, compliance, market support, processing tax returns, and special projects as needed

  • Perform administrative and office support activities as back-up assistant to multiple partners, managing directors and managers when needed; duties may include but are not limited to word processing, filing, faxing, scanning, and copying

  • Prepare proposals and high-level presentations

  • Handle highly confidential information

  • Understand business unit functionality and provides services to assist team in achieving goals and objectives


  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an administrative role

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Strong ability to multi-task with competing priorities, work independently, and exhibit excellent time management and prioritization skills in a deadline driven environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage extensively busy environment and executive schedules

  • Demonstrated proficiency of administrative and related software skills using MS Office Suite including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook along with web-based programs

  • Detail oriented, flexible, with strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of tactical skills
