Coreio Accounting Administrator/Timekeeping Clerk in Richmond, British Columbia

Coreio is looking for an Accounting Admin /Timekeeping Clerk at our west coast office based out of Richmond, BC to assist with local day-to-day Accounting and Timekeeping clerical functions. This position is a 6-month contract with possibility of converting to a permanent, full time position based on job performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ + Process billing invoices to assist with monthly consolidations.
Perform Account Payable and Administrative filing duties.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Perform a variety of accounts receivable duties. Receive and post payments.
Reconcile credit card statements.
Perform contract costing and parts processing duties.
Update and maintain billing records for all clients.
Co-ordinate with Service Desk team to process and complete service tickets.
Review and enter service time in service tickets.
Follow up with sub-contractors to gather paperwork/invoices for service tickets.
Assist with other projects as assigned.
2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Basic Accounting/Business knowledge.
Previous EA or Office Clerk experiences a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a group
Tech-savvy and proficiency with Excel a plus
