Procession Systems is looking for a recent college graduate to join our team. The selected candidate will work full time as a member of our sales team to find quality leads to be potential clients. The selected candidate’s primary function will be identifying qualified IT and cyber security companies and initiating first contact to build a professional relationship with them to achieve the goal of closing deals. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is deeply interested in a sales position with explosive growth and earnings potential.
Use strong conversation and soft skills, utilizing tonality, pace, and presence to control/direct a conversation to produce trust within a potential client.
Engaging in open, honest, and transparent communication with clients, team members, and management
Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts and Enterprise Accounts (CEO, COO, CHRO)
Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives
Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points and value sell of the platform
Working with team members to establish goals and priorities
Advising management on current issues or ideas for best practices and policies
Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, business objectives etc.
Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, events, and networking
Download and input companies and potential leads into the CRM tool
Attend weekly company status update meetings
Attend networking, business, and technology related meetings in the DC and NOVA area
Providing recommendations and suggestions for business development and/or business capture
Must have a drive and desire to exceed sales expectations and goals
Must have the intentions to improve conversational and deal making skills
Must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and have strong communication skills
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
Must demonstrate strong presentation skills
Must be very goal-oriented and ethical
Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in potential objections/issues that can affect the sales process
