Hi Tech Health Company has an immediate need for a contract Facilities Assistant. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will assist the office with daily needs ranging from kitchen/office supplies ordering to responding to JIRA tickets related to issues within the office. The client is seeking 1+ years of experience in office services or facilities. This is a contract role up to 2 months due to a leave of absence. Apply today! Key responsibilities

  • Respond to Work Order requests in JIRA

  • Maintaining office supplies

  • Online orders of weekly shipments of kitchen supplies

  • Mailroom, shipping, receiving support

  • Backup coverage for the front desk


  • A passionate teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

  • Solid understanding of shipping receiving and facilities

  • Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements

  • Skills that allow for the completion of general office work, the operation of basic office equipment, and the routing of incoming materials to the proper individuals

  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

  • Manage tasks independently

  • 1+ years of experience
