Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud, a component of the Oracle Fusion Applications suite, sets a new standard for sales performance management, enterprise integration, and business flexibility. Application Composer team is charted to build a next generation tooling for enabling application customization/extension on the cloud.
Fusion Sales is a 100% cloud based SaaS application. We are looking for motivated individuals to join a talented team for building a next generation tooling for enabling application development and customization/extension on the cloud. This tool uses concepts such as intentional programming and generative programming to generate metadata for Oracle Fusion Middleware simply based on user intention. This allows the user to extend Fusion Sales Cloud without requiring in-depth training of Fusion Middleware, while enjoying the full benefit of what Fusion Middleware can offer. We work on various architectural aspects in development, driving some key SaaS initiatives like next gen technology adoption, modernizing SaaS UI flows, building adaptive applications, SaaS - PaaS integration etc.
At least 7 years of hands on experience
Have in-depth and hands on experience on Java, J2EE, Java Script, Oracle JET, REST, and design patterns. Equivalent technology components are acceptable as well.
Experience in UI development with HTML5 and CSS3
Knowledge in OpenAPI and Swagger
Familiar with modern front-end development tool such as Sass, Grunt, Bower, and/or others
Knowledge of and experience with build and version control systems such GIT and Maven and agile development methodologies
Be able to work with the development team across geographies
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
