Microsoft Corporation Principal PM lead in Redmond, Washington

To support and execute on our vision, we are looking for an experienced and passionate principle level PM to drive our effort on privacy, curriculum development, and tech ethics.

As a key member of the Ethics & Society organization, you will have the opportunity to build out a comprehensive program within the Cloud & AI team, focusing on speech, vision, and mixed reality technologies.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive privacy compliance program across a 1000+ engineering org. This involves evangelizing and institutionalizing process as well as leveraging the legal, trustworthy computing, and privacy teams across the company.

  • Driving policy, review, sign-off, and tracking of projects.

  • Define, develop, and execute a robust tech ethics education curriculum across a wide variety of audiences.

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Bachelor or Masters in Political Science, Philosophy, or equivalent

  • 10+ years (post education) in a privacy or compliance-related field operating in a corporate setting

  • Strong knowledge of current privacy conventions, tech ethics, and AI technologies

  • Experience developing technical education curriculum

  • Exceptional program management and communication abilities.

  • The ability to work independently under tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
