We are the End User Services Engineering, Field Engagement and Delivery (FED) team, a highly motivated, globally dispersed team focused on helping Microsoft’s Sales and Marketing professionals achieve their full potential by enabling rich and pervasive experiences that result in connecting the company, delighting customers and inspiring the industry. Our work supports change management and drives the early adoption of Microsoft products, FED services, and line of business applications. We create and implement change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee adoption and consumption of capabilities and solutions.
We are seeking an experienced learning and Readiness Program Manager responsible for the design, development and deployment of learning strategies that enable our employees, customers and partners to build knowledge quickly and increase satisfaction with IT solutions. You will be a part of a dynamic team of project and program management professionals that helps to design, implement, and oversee user readiness and change management strategies for worldwide capability deployment initiatives. You will work closely with partners across End User Services and Engineering and the business to establish operating standards for readiness and communications, content development, deployment, and maintenance.
Drive worldwide adoption of readiness strategies;communications, training, campaigns, and plans.
Create and deliver readiness guidance and templates that scale based on the degree of change and maturity of the solution or capability.
Establish quality standards and templates, and ensure output delivers a consistent customer experience.
Define success measures that quickly assess effectiveness of readiness programs to enable continuous improvement.
Develop close partnerships with supporting teams to leverage ideas and resources and share best practices.
Act as a trusted resource and advisor to primary clients.
3+ years of communications experience (multi-media, email, print, etc).
3+ years of training curriculum development and documentation experience.
2+ years of project management experience without direct authority and working across multiple teams.
3+ years in Video Production (videos as readiness assets for adult learning, Learning management systems, etc).
2+ years with Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or similar material development software.
The ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions quickly.
Exceptional conceptualization, analytical, and logic skills.
Impressive written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
PROSCI Certification is highly preferred.
