Tetra Tech Inc. is

currently seeking a Program DeliveryManager for California .

The

selected candidate’s will perform various analytical and administrative

functions in support of overall project execution. Specifically, the

collection, review and audit of project documents to verify the completeness of

the documentation using established processes and procedures. Will be trained

on the project requirements and will work with the established financial team

to complete each task.

Responsibilities:

Supervise employees involved in a variety of functional areas

Present deliverables on behalf of the team to senior management on a consistent

schedule

Maintain a schedule that ensures on site presence at multiple office locations

on and off client site.

Serve as point of contact for team members and managers to centralize

reporting, deadlines, and

project

deliverables

Serve as point of contact for team members and managers at to assist with

HR-related functions to include recruiting, onboarding, leave requests, exit

processing, payroll-related administration, HR system administration and

miscellaneous other services connecting team members to appropriate HR

personnel

Manage staffing in accordance with program/project specific workflow and

maintain updated staff plan

Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of responsibilities and provide

development opportunities

Ensure regular and effective communication with subordinate staff on

performance, goals, and coaching

Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, schedule meetings

and other activities

Review project repository and ensure records and information are up-to-date

• Exercise consistent judgment and discretion with

work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the

business

Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years directing

and managing staff

• Experience working with subcontractors and

inter-company employees

• A team player with a positive attitude &

strong client focus

• Must be organized and able to handle multiple

tasks

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

with extended hours

• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, etc.) and Microsoft SharePoint
