Nutanix Sales Operations Business Partner - Founders, GSI, Globals in Reading, United Kingdom
This is a full-time office-based role supporting the Founders, GSI & Global organizations across EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and business skills. This individual would need to have 7+ years of sales operations experience. Some of the responsibilities might include but not limited to:
Business partner to EMEA Founders, GSI & Global organizations
Develop and drive EMEA GTM and GAM programs and strategy
Proactively drive EMEA’s Founders, GSI & Global business plan framework– quota strategy, headcount management, margin analysis – through the various quarterly, annual and long-range planning cycles.
Working closely with the Cloud Economist team
Ability to understand and drive complex Deals
Experience and understanding of SW Subscriptions
Collaborate effectively with other organizations within the business when required (i.e. Marketing, IT, HR, etc.).
Ability to work effectively with the EMEA Finance Director to interrogate and verify Data.
Analyse current Founders, GSI, Global business unit’s performance and identify levers for driving revenue growth
Develop key metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business insight
Provide various ideas for process improvement by evaluating existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for streamlining
Diverse ad-hoc projects that require analytical and strategic thinking as well as attention to detail.
7 years + of industry experience in Sales Operations
Superior problem solving & analytical skills
Experience using SalesForce.com
Experience extracting data from large/complex databases
Can do attitude, flexible, dependable, self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail
Ability to work proactively in a fast paced and matrixed work environment
Innovative thinker, challenges the status quo
Collaborative, broad cultural awareness with the ability to work across all geographies
Results driven, team player
Systems Knowledge and experience:
MS Excel & other MS office applications
Clari, or similar web-based forecasting systems
