Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • 5 years distribution or supply chain experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities

  • Team-building skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to coach and mentor team partners

  • Ability to provide technical leadership

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to understand and follow established safety procedures

  • Strong leadership skills- Familiarity with British Retail Consortium (BRC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards

  • Ability to multitask successfully in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to manage and communicate using Oracle and Business Analytics.

  • Knowledge of HMI and sortation system software for troubleshooting

  • Ability to operate and navigate WMS software and support training for the following applications: Manhattan, CRM, Cognos, TMS

  • Familiarity with food safety regulatory requirements and global standards including Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR 117) and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Experience with BRC or SQF certification schemes.
