Job Description

We have many PCs to replace due to the XP Remediation project that was completed 4 years ago where we had to refresh managed desktops to WIN 7 to be compliant with Microsoft. This position will split time between refreshing PCs (1/3 of time) and performing asset-related activities such as receiving new PCs, prepping & imaging PCs, as well as, performing surplus duties.

Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.

Description (including, but not limited to):

  1. Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems

  2. Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users

  3. Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users


Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel. Required. 2 Years

Needs moderate knowledge and demonstrable skills with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment, Required. 2 Years

Needs moderate knowledge Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and O365. Required. 2 Years

Require experience in PC swap outs. Required. 2 Years

Basic understanding of automated desktop management tools and Active Directory. Required. 2 Years

Strong organizational skills required. Required.

The position needs to be able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision. Required.

Requires the ability to lift boxes that weigh 30 pounds or more. Required.

LAN-attached printing/scanning devices. Required. 2 Years
