The Role:

The Operations Assistant’s primary focus is to support the Operations team in all aspects of managing the venues daily functions. This role will provide support to the management team and will assist with ongoing projects for the Operations Leaders and department.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures correct venue setup and breakdown, and prepare for upcoming events

  • Facilitates proper communication and organization in the venue during concerts, special events, and other activities and performances.

  • Provides overall leadership and support for guest services staff and management by creating the appropriate culture and character of the venue through his/her own personal and professional conduct

  • Ensures that all special events are executed properly, to the client’s satisfaction

  • Assists in managing facility to ensure proper maintenance and repair

  • Creates very positive guest relations/experiences in a manner that portrays an energetic, sympathetic image of the venue

Qualifications:

  • Must have a solid customer service background

  • Live music venue or event experience a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

  • Availability afternoons and nights, weekends, and holidays
