Call Center

Call center in Quincy for temporary full time roles.

Inbound basic calls in professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Job is to assist customers who are calling into company for basic information about their accounts.

Must be able to handle incoming calls and log information into their system to record notes.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, ability to read a script and ability to respond to questions promptly.

Experience in financial customer service environment or related area.

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

Must be able to navigate between multiple screens.

Must be able to handle high number of incoming calls on daily basis.

Typical shift is 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 Monday to Friday
