In this role, you will build the operational foundations that are required, whether you aspire to become a well-rounded digital marketer or build a career in Marketing operations.
Working in Marketo, this key role is the main point of contact in providing data and configuration support to stakeholders based in Americas. You will deliver services such as segmentations, data uploads, email and campaign configuration.
Consistent with our team s commitment to achieving operational excellence, you will serve as an in-house expert on marketing data analytics, automation systems, and best-in-class operational processes.
Collaborate with marketing managers to understand their campaign objectives
Assist with definition of data segments and configure / execute time and trigger-based campaigns
Configure our platforms for campaign deployment
Create queries and list pulls for direct marketing campaigns to prospects and customers. Monitor all campaign list requests to ensure that the appropriate audience segmentations, frequency of communication & other considerations are achieved
Scrub external data lists and follow processes to properly upload contacts into our marketing database
Provide simple to complex data and market analysis to various stakeholders within the organization
Recommend the appropriate type of analysis based on the objectives at hand
Work with internal teams and business partners to maintain integrity, quality and security of marketing data and information systems
1-2 years experiences in marketing and/or Marketing Operations
Bachelor degree in Marketing
Deep knowledge and experience to understand data and automation processes
Proficient in how a marketing automation system works (Marketo is a must) and understand its impact in an organization
Written and verbal fluency in both languages, French & English
Service minded / Customer focused / Attentive to details
