The Coca-Cola Company Import Manager in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
The HKTMWW Import Manager is responsible for revenue and profit through imports in HKTWMM, connecting with BU’s across the World to find import products that can generate incremental revenue and achieve strategic business objectives (long term imports) that has identified by Region Marketing. The import manager will lead development of annual plan in coordination with Region Marketing, Commercial and Bottlers. S/he will deliver their P&L by identifying new import product opportunities, leading legal clearance processes (ie, TM and SRA), working with Region Marketing and Commercial to gain Bottler & Customer agreement, and coordinating with Bottlers and KO Logistics on the importation process. As a result, strong entrepreneurial bias will be imperative.
Identify key import/export opportunities within the regions
Ensure minimal strategic, financial, legal, compliance filters are considered and applied
Deliver and execute sales’ opportunities for imports within HKTWMM region
Work closely with regions/ bottlers/ key retailers (as appropriate depending on above conditions) to drive sales of prioritized products/categories
Delivery annual planning for import opportunities across HKTWMM
Manage day to day communications with all stakeholders to ensure smooth process from enquires to shipments arrived in destinations.
Support Bottlers for any ad hoc customer driven imported product request
Work with Finance, Marketing and Bottlers for value chain
Work with Marketing to support Bottlers on product sell-in with product story.
