Pfizer Commercial Effectiveness Analyst in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

Field Force (FF) deployment and Territory Re-Alignment (TRA) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) :

  • Perform the Field Force structure deployments, sales target and segmentation definitions and designs in alignment with the stakeholders

  • In charge of analysis, operations for Territory Re-alignment into systems

  • Manage territory quota setting based on sales structures to enable operations

  • Lead consulting/operation, with Insights, on FF performance evaluation and sales incentives for all BUs

  • Support the field force's daily effectiveness through overseeing the day-to-day business operations that enable customer targeting, presentations and activity reporting in compliance with all requirements

  • Enhance SFA systems - working with Global COE and Global BT to ensure proper functioning of systems

  • Maintain all associated internal databases in the realignment of internal Customer Facing structures to match external Customer changes

  • Lead the project roll out/implementation, management of Sales Force systems such as PforceRx

Incentive Compensation :

  • Define the Incentive Compensation Program, Methodology and IC local policies in alignment with stakeholders, HR and Finance guaranteeing approvals in compliance with global policies

  • Responsible for the definition and control of the IC and Award budget aligned with stakeholders while complying with the Incentive Compensation Standard Operating Procedures

  • Responsible for the Compliance to all local and global policies. Act as focal point and support during the Local and/or Corporate Audits

  • Ensure IC schemes, formula, methodology is correctly and Execute quarterly IC calculations accurately

  • Lead the project roll out/implementation of IC tool i.e IC Excel to enable effective IC management including Training development & FF communications

Sample Operation:

  • Ensuring SOPs is in place and timely updated. Guarantee that all local definitions are in compliance with Global Policies and with the support of the Service Delivery team

  • Focal point and support for the Sample Local and/or Corporate Audits

  • Provide regular checking on sample consumption and document readiness for audit


  • University graduate in related discipline

  • Fluency in English

  • Minimum 2 years related experience

  • Experience in application support, application administration is required

  • Possess skills in operational business and process planning

  • IT literacy (MS office, knowledge of Excel and database functionality e.g. SQL)

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing & sales processes is a plus

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
