Job summary

The Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Field Marketing team is looking for a Marketing and Communication Specialist to join us in Paris, France. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication programs to support the goals of Red Hat in France. You’ll collaborate with Red Hat’s key stakeholders in France and in Europe.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Develop and carry out lead generation programs

  • Plan and develop digital campaigns to generate branding, awareness, and leads; manage Red Hat’s social media channels in France, which involves content and community management, paid campaigns, metrics analysis, etc.

  • Analyze portfolio of content available

  • Make recommendations to the global localization team and support the web team; push more localized content on Red Hat’s web properties in French

  • Develop customer case-studies and references to maintain continued momentum

  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to build and maintain relevant dashboards summarizing the performance of marketing programs in France

  • Manage processes through proper customer relationship management (CRM) and automation systems, including Salesforce.com (SFDC), Eloqua, Outfit, Oracle Procurement, Allocadia, Ansira, etc.

  • Administer marketing budgets

Required skills

  • Bachelor of science degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 5 years of experience working in marketing for B2B IT or technology companies

  • Creative, data-minded, and direct

  • Passion for technology

  • Proficient in online and digital marketing implementation; understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics

  • Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs

  • Well-suited to high-growth, dynamic environments

  • Good initiative toward achieving results; proactive and assertive attitude

  • Ability to work as part of a team; record of working effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Good communication and solid presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
