Description

  • Extensive experience in Custody Operations with at least 8-10 years of experience in areas like Client Delivery, Client Onboarding, Settlement operations, client servicing, static data setups, team handling

  • Strong analytical skills and service commitment as well as solid organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to nurture strong working relationship with internal as well as external stakeholders/groups. Ability to converse clearly with Risk, compliance, business seniors, and across geographical boundaries.

  • Oversees and handhold BAU delivery by Operations team (consisting of Mangers, Team Leads, and Team members) and ensuring deliverables towards the client are met. Ensure that service delivery aspects are in compliance to all Citi Policies as well

  • Participate and coordinate on behalf of Custody Operations Team in events like client reviews, service calls, risk and compliance reviews and senior management updates. Monitors adherence in the overall engagement

  • Resource planning/ Capacity planning to meet operational needs on a daily basis, and as per long term planning

  • Excellent People Management skills compounded with strong custody knowledge. Ensure regular performance measurement of direct reportees and overall staff. Track customer engagement & satisfaction index through timely surveys. Initiate corrective plan as necessary

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree/diploma in business administration

  • Should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in institutional banking/operations fields. Should have extensive expertise in securities operations, project management, and Client onboarding. Billing operations experience will be an added advantage

  • Proven background in handling Change Management Initiatives and Re-Engineering initiatives at a global level

  • Ability to achieve objectives of business without effect on/ compromise on risk and control parameters

  • Strong execution and multi-tasking skills. Strong English written & verbal skills required.

  • Self-starter with excellent attitude and attention to detail, and ability to handle tough situations
