We are looking for a Product Owner
to join Bronto’s Product organization. As part of a fun, innovative
team, you will be responsible for delivering customer and business value
by defining, prioritizing, planning and executing the successful
delivery of high quality products and solutions that align to Bronto’s
organizational goals and Product strategy. You will collaborate with
Product Managers and other Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Technical
Writers, Project Managers and Engineers to build best-in-class products
and drive these initiatives through to completion.

communicate with both business and technical resources, articulate
business problems, write clear user stories, prioritize workload and
ultimately drive successful projects.
Collaborate with Product Managers to create and maintain feature-level product roadmap
Create user stories and product backlog to fulfill initiatives
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create and finalize designs that accomplish business and customer goals
Workwith engineering and project management teams to define vision andgoals for each sprint, and manage sprint priorities and deliverables
Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups, grooming, sprint planning meetings, demos and retrospectives
Provide Product Owner acceptance on user stories through each sprint
Identifyand effectively communicate risks and solutions to problems that ariseduring planning and implementation to internal stakeholders
5years as a Product Owner or related role, such as a Business Analyst,Engineer or Project/Program Manager, preferably at a SaaS businessand/or within the eCommerce industry
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering
3 years of direct Agile/Scrum, ideally using the SAFe methodology
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting complex technical ideas to a broad audience both internally and externally
Excellentcritical thinking and problem-solving skills – able to identify,analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
