KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Audit to join our Integrated Office Network organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to practice leadership including senior partners and managers

  • Handle calendars and meeting scheduling, arrange conference calls, make travel arrangements, process timesheets, expense reports and bankcard reconciliations for multiple people

  • Compose correspondence, edit and prepare documents, invoices, meeting minutes, and professionally handle confidential information

  • Provide assistance with research, market support and special projects with limited direction

  • Work in team environment with other administrative support team members, including providing backup, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of full-time administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Web-based research skills, database skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse population and work collaboratively with all levels of employees and clients

  • Possess project management abilities and strong time management skills
