Pacific Office Automation Branch Administrative Assistant (Entry Level) in Portland, Oregon

Overview

Do you like the versatility of juggling multiple tasks at once, being a resource for teammates that have questions, and have an excellent work-ethic? Our fast-paced, sales office is seeking an entry-level candidate to assist our Branch Administrative Manager at our headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

Our ideal candidate will be energetic, have experience with problem-solving and have the ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy. This is a professional office atmosphere where teamwork is a must.

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include:

  • Detail –oriented data entry across multiple databases
  • Filing, copying and scanning current documents
  • Various projects in Microsoft Excel
  • Aiding the BAM, Administrative Assistant or Sales Reps with special assignments
