C-2 Utility Contractors, LLC is looking for hardworking detail orientated Administrative Assistant to join our Team in Portland! C-2 Utility Contractors has been an industry leader in placing underground and aerial telephone, cable television and power facilities for over 40 years. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of duties including data entry, filing, and general reception duties. Prior experience in an administrative position is a plus. Summary

This position will perform administrative duties under general supervision at C-2 Utility’s office in Portland, Oregon. To be successful in this position the ability to work independently, effectively, and provide administrative support in a wide variety of areas is needed. Our atmosphere is business casual, fun working environments, and focuses on excellent customer service. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Excel & Google documents.
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word)
  • Process customer billing
  • General data entry
  • Provide general office support
  • Provide back-up as needed
  • Answer multi-line phone

Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of administrative experience highly preferred
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • 10-Key by touch
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload
  • Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks by the deadlines set
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
