Dominium Financial Reporting Accounting Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota

POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Reporting Accounting Manager will oversee the financial reporting accounting processes as well as hire, manage, develop and engage the Financial Reporting Accounting staff. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Oversight of enterprise reporting Oversight of projection reporting Financial statement review, trend analysis and dashboard reporting Oversight of intercompany reconciliations and eliminations Oversight and review of ancillary books and affiliated accruals Oversight of investor ledgers and tax journal entries Oversight of reporting attributes Oversight of accounts trees and general ledger accounts Oversight of investor ledgers and tax journal entries Annual fund financial statement review and tax return support Implement reporting enhancements Implement software enhancements and functionality Implement controls Research and implement new accounting guidance Ad hoc reporting Employee management Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will supervise two financial reporting accounting staff and may have additional indirect supervisory role on projects. QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience) 4-year degree in accounting and 4 years of accounting experience Ability to compile information and calculate basic mathematical results accurately Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Excellent problem-solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Work Place
