Seegrid currently has an opening for a Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning and execution of Seegrid implementations. This role focuses on the readiness of customers and the Seegrid Implementation Team to successfully implement automated solutions at customer sites. Technical Project Managers conduct meetings on a specified cadence and communicate with multiple and diverse departments, both internally and externally, to ensure projects are executed successfully and on schedule. TPMs are responsible for building and leading cross functional teams and ensuring each team clearly understands the mission, purpose, and the desired endstate. Must perform well under pressure and capable of managing change in dynamic and complex environments. Cultivating strong relationships and project stakeholders at all organizational levels both internally and with Seegrid's customers are imperative.
Build and lead project teams
Develop and maintain administrative project documentation, through the use of teamwork projects and status reports
Lead regular cadence calls with customers to track project status
Monitor and drive toward reduction of implementation costs
Coordinate Seegrid implementation resources and timelines
Collaborate with cross functional team including, engineering, product, operations and service, to provide customer feedback, requirements, and technical considerations
Define and document best practices and continuously improve them for our customers, our partners, and ourselves
Deliver products and services that ensure customers meet or exceed their objectives and execute on short and long-term plans
Develop and improve organizational processes and procedures
Lead Seegrid efforts to meet or exceed organizational performance goals
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
BS in engineering or equivalent work experience as a project engineer/manager (technical background preferred)
Proficient with project management tools (Teamwork)
3+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, operations, support, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to appropriately set and manage customer expectations
Excellent strategic and analytical thinking
Exceptional organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple projects simultaneously
Able to deal with complexity and change
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, customers and partners
