Seegrid Brand & Creative Services Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Seegrid has an opening for a Brand & Creative Services Manager in our Marketing Department. The Brand & Creative Services Manager will visually tell Seegrid's story by producing consistent, fresh and relevant creative assets, driving overall creative output in every area of execution, while ensuring the best performance for the brand and business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end creative process from concept to production across all media including website, presentations, collateral, infographics, digital and print advertising, email, photography, video, and events of all sizes

  • Ensure all design solutions are strategically sound, conceptually inspiring and creatively powerful - seeing all projects through from concept to implementation

  • Stay up-to-date in the latest developments in creative, design, and advertising as they apply to Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and bring those ideas into the department for consideration/implementation

  • Partner with marketing team and other subject matter experts to conceptualize and create best-in-class creative assets that focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness

  • Conceptualize, project manage, and execute buyer-relevant, on-brand creative deliverables for campaigns and product launches to raise awareness and perception of Seegrid initiatives

  • Reinforce and implement visual identity systems and styles into design work, ranging from product to marketing and sales collateral; maintaining brand integrity across all platforms

  • Conceive, develop, and refine compelling "lead magnet" web pages to move visitors through the buyer journey and optimize conversion rates, analyzing website design performance and providing recommendations for innovation

  • Provide project management support to video production, including maintaining the team's project schedule, coordinating filming, assisting with onsite production, etc.

  • Oversee and manage the company's design projects and design agency; schedule and oversee the work flow of contract designers, ensuring all design deliverables are completed and delivered on time and on budget

  • Develop a "brand tracker" and report on brand performance with respect to awareness, perception, and preference, leveraging insights to strengthen Seegrid's reputation and inspire internal company culture

  • Develop repeatable processes, workflows, and templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5-8 years of experience developing and executing design solutions for a fast-growing B2B tech company. Successful startup experience strongly preferred

  • Experience creating creative assets that provide value to the audience and compels action

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams, keeping all stakeholders on task to meet internal and external deadlines

  • A self-starter, with experience linking marketing strategy to developing and executing design projects and initiatives

  • A strong portfolio showcasing strengths in visual storytelling and a refined finesse across digital and print channels

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related visual communications field required

  • Strong HTML and CSS skills with ability to create HubSpot email designs and landing pages

  • High comprehension of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, CSS, G-Suite and Microsoft applications and HubSpot

  • Knowledge of marketing distribution channel best practices, including SEO, and social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook)

  • Be data driven: ability to build better brand experiences, using a clear-headed approach at the intersection of design and data, and iterate based on asset performance

  • Portfolio required with resume submission
