Job Description

Exciting career opportunity for a Pharmacy Service Representative (Customer Service Representative) at our Specialty Call Center site in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Pharmacy Service Representative with CVS Health, you will enjoy helping people on their path to better health, by providing superior customer service to our specialty patients.

As a Pharmacy Service Representative in the Specialty Call Center at CVS Health, you will have to opportunity to assist our specialty patients by providing inbound telephonic support for the complex specialty disease states in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Division. As part of our culture, we are seeking individuals who have an innovative spirit, a diverse work experience and will be an important first-line of contact with our customers, setting the tone for how our company and services are experienced.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an open Arizona Pharmacy Technician license or open Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License.

  • Must have National Pharmacy Technician Certification within 1 year of hired date.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare/insurance experience

  • Customer Service experience

  • Call Center Background


  • High School or GED equivalent
