Data Management & Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with Technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.

eONE is a strategic and transformational program to build out a best practice architecture as the foundation for our Regulatory, Risk, and Financial reporting functions. The program seeks to build a ‘one number’ enterprise instrument data foundation that is complete, reliable, and aligned to the General Ledger.

_JOB DESCRIPTION_

Responsible for managing multiple, non-production business functional areas with cross-group impact including, but not limited to, process/quality management, project management, communications, business systems consulting, incident management, analytics, operational accounting. Drives planning and implements strategy across functional areas to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency. Manages managers and/or functional leads in specialized roles. Contributes to the development of long-term strategies, policies and process advancements. May be responsible for overall management of a business line process.

  • As head of eONE program Business Transition office this is a key member of eONE program leadership team

  • Responsible for the eONE roadmap for both onboarding data as well as report enablement.

  • Coordination and managing of relationships with all upstream data sources and downstream data users within the company, as well as different parts of eONE team (data mapping teams, OFSAA engine configuration, operations and testing teams)

  • Coordinate with the technology teams, program management office as well as outside vendors

  • Controls release charters and business requirements for eONE environments

  • Business owner for eONE Agile Methodology process to ensure delivery

  • Responsible for value tracking, stakeholder management, indicative data delivery as well as change control roadmap impact

  • Build and manage a team of dedicated professionals and lead managers to deliver eONE objectives

The role will require strong execution, communication and influencing skills to successfully partner across multiple groups including Data Management & Insights, Technology, Risk, Finance and Lines of Businesses. Additionally, extensive knowledge in both financial and indicative data attributes for reports, financial products, reporting and data controls are critical for this role, as well as understanding of accounting, COSO/G&O principles.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of management experience

  • 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: business process, quality assurance, strategic planning, or project management
