Collections Representative

Randstad is seeking to find eager candidates interested in working for a major financial institution as a Collections Representative. Please see the job details below to see if this opportunity aligns with your current job search.

Pay: $14.00/hr

Schedule: M-F, could be 7-3:30, 8-5 or 8:30-5. 30 min lunch

Duration: Temp-Hire opportunity

Location: Downtown Phoenix, AZ


  • Will be contacting the account holder as well as guarantors to recover the account/charge off balance.

  • Negotiations on settling accounts and making payment arrangements

  • Candidate will be working from their own queue each day

  • Will be making calls on and off dialer system (auto and manual). Once candidate finishes portfolio on dialer system, will switch over to manual dialing to reach customers who have not given their consent to be reached on their phone with an auto-dialer.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Previous customer service experience

  • Banking sales experience

  • Strong Negotiation skills

  • Previous experience making outbound sales
