As part of our continued success and growth, we are looking for a Sr. Business Development Consultant to join our Phoenix team! This highly driven person will manage new prospects and develop new relationships to drive sales. They will be an expert at consultative selling and demonstrate a high level of business acumen that leverages their knowledge of local markets, relationships, and C-suite business drivers. If you thrive in bringing new solutions to market and cherish the opportunity to pave a new path and get rewarded handsomely if the path leads to successful sales, this is the position for you with a very lucrative compensation package (base + high potential commission sales).

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree

•2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: software solutions, building technology (systems integration, BAS, security, fire, energy efficiency), or service maintenance contracts.
