Positions in this function include operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions including Claims and Network Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentoring and training to other employees

  • Work with Supervisor to manage productivity and quality of other employees

  • Maintain Compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to meet quality and production standards

  • Must be detail-oriented with independent work habits

  • Plan, prioritize, organize and complete quality audits to meet to establish time frames

  • Conduct quality reviews / audits to ensure adherence to quality and performance guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of previous experience in Case Installation

  • Knowledge of products, installation processes, and supporting systems

  • Ability to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST Monday through Friday including the flexibility to work overtime on evenings and weekends as business needs arise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree (or higher)

  • 1+ years of previous experience in Small Business Case Installation

  • 1+ years of previous experience in Oxford / Polaris Platform

  • Solid communication skills, oral and written

  • Problem solving, researching, analysis
