Kelly Services Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative with one of our top clients in Phoenix, AZ. As an Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional communication, customer service, filing, and must have the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards. Our client’s fast-paced, high volume, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to start your career.

Pay: $11.50/hr.

  • This is an inbound Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00, fast pace, multi system navigation call center with AHCCCS.

  • Contract to Hire

  • Candidate must be Bilingual

  • We handle calls from the general public, AHCCCS members and providers.

  • We are looking for candidates who are willing to handle over 90 calls per day with great quality customer service.

  • Attendance and punctuality is critical to be able serve our callers in a timely manner.

  • We offer two weeks paid class room training with a trainer for hands on learning.
