Sirius Computer Solutions Associate Maintenance Account Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate the sales of Sirius One Touch maintenance contracts, across Sirius portfolio of One Touch Mfg. partners. This is accomplished by gathering and analyzing customer data, and making recommendations to our Maintenance Sales team, local client and networking sales teams and customers on the design and implementation of Cisco Total Care solutions.

This is an entry-level role into the Maintenance Sales team, and this position will gain a solid understanding of Sirius One Touch Solutions, and Sirius’ process for recommending, selling, and implementing these strategic maintenance solutions.

Initially, the person in this role will focus on smaller accounts and opportunities, while building the knowledge and experience to focus on larger accounts.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partners with Client Executives, Networking Sales Specialists and Maintenance Sales Specialists to develop and implement Cisco Total Care solutions for Sirius’ customers and prospects.

  • Seeks guidance from the Maintenance Account Manager and Director of Sales, Maintenance as needed on customer data gathering and maintenance solutions design.

  • Works with customers and prospects to gather data on their current Cisco installed environment, such as but not limited to devices and locations, current maintenance agreements, and equipment nearing end-of-support.

  • Analyzes customer data, organizes data into an executive dashboard for presentations, and makes recommendations for One Touch contracts and tech refreshes. Includes interaction with customers both by telephone and onsite.

  • Communicates with Renewals support team members on necessary contract changes (adds/moves/deletions) requested by customer, and ensures the support team is aware of relevant customer issues.

  • In collaboration with the Maintenance Account Manager, develops and implements process improvement for One Touch policies and procedures

  • Organizes, schedules, and ensures implementations of One Touch appliance and/or software (if required).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

  • At least one (1) year of experience working with Cisco solutions in a sales support and/or technical support capacity

Other Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret Cisco technical product information

  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Experience in a role that require close professional relationships and collaboration with several stakeholder groups

  • Experience managing multiple customer relationships concurrently

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate maintenance contract solutions into easy-to-understand terms

  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Demonstrated experience performing tasks that require a high level of attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco Total Care terminology, contract process, and flow

Essential Functions

The position exists to provide technical consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis.
