Position Description :

The Staff Development Education Consultant will lead and coordinate initiatives related to strategic areas of growth between Penn Medicine and the Pennsylvania College of Health Science. This position will support the strategic priority focused on the recruitment of the employees throughout Penn Medicine, resulting in an increased awareness of, and enrollment within, the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree required in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least three years of experience required at an accredited institution of higher education, or related work experience in the business sector.
