Freeman is seeking a Production Showsite Lead to supervise all areas of exhibitor move-in/move-out including the review of production schedules and estimates, scheduling and supervision of labor. Additional duties include:
Interpreting specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigning duties.
Study production schedules, labor budgets and estimating worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments as well as establishing/adjusting work procedures to meet production schedules.
Performing and supervising the following areas: loading and unloading equipment, marking floor, setting up service area, meeting rooms, and offices, hanging drape and booth signs, setting up boneyard, etc.
Ensuring that all equipment is returned to warehouse and broken or damaged equipment is tagged for repairMaintains consistently acceptable job cost.
Planning daily production schedule. Assigns standby labor as necessary. Maintains time and production records.
Maintaining communication with the Account Executive, Operations Manager & Service Desk and advises of any problems that may affect their operational work flow.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree
Minimum three (3) + years of tradeshow or related experience including past experience producing trade shows at the 1000-1500 booth level.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to use and interpret mathematical concepts and geometry.
