FREEMAN Project Manager - GAM in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Freeman is seeking a Project Manager - GAM to work with our sales teams and outside customers, manage all customers graphic materials to be represented by visual communications media such as exhibits, tradeshow, corporate meeting and public events by performing the following duties.

  • Works directly with outside customers as the main point of contact for all graphic requirements.

  • Works directly with customers, sales, design and detailing departments on all aspects of graphic production for branch and corporate accounts.

  • Establishes and manages graphic requirement deadlines for optimum production lead time.

  • Designs & prepares layout artwork for large format digital printing.

  • Creates & provides sample and/or finished layouts to clients for approval.

  • Creates print-production ready files for output, following final customer approval.

  • Coordinates with production personnel on a daily basis.

  • Creates manifest for tracking production status for all graphics.

  • Ensures job quality thru the entire graphic production process.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training in large format graphic production for tradeshows / corporate events.

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Quark Express.

  • Ability to coordinate and adjust actions, schedules, or timelines in relation to internal or external pressures and forces.

  • Must be able to maintain productivity and stay focused and uses time efficiently. Prioritizes work effectively. Performs work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to consistently look for ways to improve or promote quantity of work while still adhering to quality standards. Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, timeliness, and attention to detail. Bring quality/quantity concerns to the attention of appropriate individuals.

  • Must have above average understanding of grand format printing and special event graphics production.

  • Proven understanding of the graphic production process in order to recommend correct materials for specific applications.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.

  • Dependable and flexible, able respond to changing requirements with tight deadlines in a fast paced, high volume production environment. Must be available on weekends when schedule dictates


  • High School Diploma or GED
