Minimum 10 years Medicaid experience within large Medicaid business environments specifically, Medicaid business process design, member engagement medical management, and incentive program design and implementation experience
Minimum of 3 years of external consulting experience
Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience must have led large scale projects teams
Strong business development sales background required
Knowledge of compliance and regulations required
Candidate must be able to provide advisory guidance on industry leading practices
Experience managing a health plan desired as well as Medicaid operations, and product strategy experience and background
Ability to meet travel requirements when applicable
Location for this role is negotiable
Bachelors Degree required
