Financial Assistant Job in Philadelphia, PA

Our client in Germantown, Philadelphia is seeking a motivated and skilled individual for a Part Time Financial Assistant position. . If this sounds like you, please read below!

Accounts Payable Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily Cash Receipt – Logging all information into Excel

  • Prepare weekly deposits, including matching receipts and filling out deposit slips

  • Payroll activities such as receiving time cards and calculating hours

  • Prepare and process reports

  • Assist with other projects as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

  • Strong Excel skills
