Job Summary

Implement the strategic account management planning process:

  • Develop contract extension and renewal strategies to preempt competitive bid situations through a systematic approach of in depth client interviews, internal team communication, negotiation and action planning.

  • Responsible for the retention of high priority account portfolio as assigned annually of our most valuable and productive client relationships.

  • Support the annual Client Satisfaction survey process and report out results to key stakeholders within assigned portfolio of priority accounts.

  • Utilize and manage CRM (Salesforce.com) database for existing client relationships with the focus on metric development and the implementation and communication of key results within dashboards.

  • Establish strong cross-functional leadership relationships with members of the operations, support and resource teams to ensure a regular cadence of communication and high levels of execution of action plans.

  • Maintain Client Prioritization Report for assigned client facilities:

o Facilities that are considered at-risk or in jeopardy

o Contracts with upcoming expiration dates

o Changes in leadership, with client or Unidine, that may de-stabilize relationships

o Facilities with questionable satisfaction scores

o Facilities where red flags have been reported by operations leaders or anyone else at Unidine

o Facilities with changing business needs and questionable financial viability
